What is Scams Prevention and Victim Support?

Due to the rise in scams and fraud in recent years, Age UK Enfield are running a new pilot programme in conjunction with Action Fraud.

The Scams and Victim Support Programme aims to support and raise awareness of scams in Enfield and help older people feel more confident at being able to spot and avoid scams.

There are three levels to the programme:

Level 1 – Information and awareness raising sessions (Groups)

Level 2 – One on one information sessions – in the form of a home visit.

Level 3 – One to one support to those that have been scammed in the past.
